What You’ll Need:
1 C Roasted Baru Seeds
4 tbsp Coconut Oil, measured solid
1 tsp Yacon Syrup or sweetener of choice
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp cinnamon No Bake - Dairy Free - Gluten Free - Vegan - Refined Sugar Free - Keto -  Paleo

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes

Yields: Roughly 8oz

Store your baru butter in an airtight jar, out of direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate, as the butter will solidify! Keep for up to 2 weeks.

Preparation:
Melt coconut oil.

Combine melted coconut oil, roasted baru seeds, yacon syrup or sweetener of choice, salt and cinnamon in a food processor or high powered blender. Blend until smooth or until you reach desired consistency.


TIP: For a creamier texture, try peeling your baru seeds prior to blending OR increase the quantity of melted coconut oil!
