Locako’s Caramel Pancakes mix is loaded with collagen and healthy fats. A perfect start to fuel your busy day. Each serve contains 5 grams of pasture raised hydrolysed collagen and is high in fibre to support healthy digestion. This delicious keto-friendly DIY mix is low carb and gluten free.

Direction

What You Need:
100g Pancake Mix
(1/2 cup) milk of choice
3 large egg
1 Tbs butter or oil of choice

Instructions:
• Using a whisk, thoroughly combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
• Grease fry pan with oil/butter. Heat until almost smoking to seal the pan and prevent sticking. Once hot, turn to low heat and wait for 30 seconds.
• Spoon batter into the fry pan on a low heat, forming 3 pancakes approx. 10cm in diameter.
• Cook for 45-60 seconds or until you see bubbles.
• Carefully flip each pancake and cook the other side for a further 45 seconds or until golden.
• Serve with your favourite topping and devour.

Store in a cool, dry place.
