REFER A FRIEND TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. ELIGIBILITY

In order to enrol into the Kijani Living friends referral programme, the following conditions must be met:

Both you and your friend must be aged 18 or over. You must have a valid Kijani Living customer account. Your friend must create a valid Kijani Living customer account before enrolling into the Kijani Living referral programme themselves. Creating a Kijani Living customer account is free and can be done here. Kijani Living accounts are subject to the kijaniliving.com privacy policy.

2. HOW TO START

Share your personalised link via email, messenger or Facebook.

By referring friends, you are agreeing to receiving marketing communications from Kijani Living which are specifically related to the referral programme, and required in order to fulfil your rewards (even if you make have opted out of marketing emails from Kijani Living previously).

3. HOW YOU WILL QUALIFY FOR YOUR REWARD

Your friend must not be an existing customer with Kijani Living.

Your friend must place their first order with Kijani Living using the personalised discount code sent by you. If your friend forgets to use their code within 90 days of being referred, their reward will still be added to their order.

Once your friend has placed their first order, you will receive a discount applied automatically to your account. You can only use one discount per order.

Rewards will be received within 24 hours after the dispatch date of your friend’s order.

4. HOW YOUR FRIEND WILL QUALIFY FOR THEIR REWARD

It’s really easy for your friend to get their reward; all they have to do is place their first Kijani Living order using the unique referral link you share with them.

5. DISCOUNT TERMS

Your friend will receive £5 off and you will receive £10 off at kijaniliving.com via a unique referral link. Each referral programme discount will be limited to one transaction and so cannot be redeemed on multiple transactions and cannot be split across transactions. The discount cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative. Discount can only be applied to products and cannot be applied to postage costs. Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and/or discount code. Only one discount is valid per order. Please note that already discounted items are excluded and so this discount code cannot be redeemed on them including bundles, and sale items. All rewarded credit that you receive will expire after 12 months.

6. ADDITIONAL TERMS

The offer is made specifically to allow you to make personal referrals to your friends. You are not permitted to distribute this offer through any third party site or attempt to refer yourself through the programme. Kijani Living reserves the right to remove customers from the referral programme if any of these restrictions, the kijaniliving.com terms or use or privacy policy are violated.

In the event of a dispute, all redemption will be deemed to have been redeemed by the owner of the email account used to place the order that is associated with the offer’s redemption. For these purposes, the email account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to the email address by the Internet access provider, online service provider or other organisation responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with such email account.

Kijani Living reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or amend the referral programme and associated offers at any time. Kijani Living also reserves the right to cancel any distributed discount codes and offers if any fraud, technical failures or other extenuating circumstances beyond Kijani Living’s control impairs the proper functioning of the programme, as determined by Kijani Living at their sole discretion. Kijani Living reserves the right to limit customers who engage in prohibited uses of the referral programme to redeem future offers. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the offer may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Kijani Living reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Kijani Living’s failure to enforce any term of these terms and conditions will not constitute a waiver of that provision.
