For best results, apply to slightly damp skin after bathing or showering. For rough spots, lips and nails: Rub a small amount into the affected areas.

After washing, drying and styling, rub a small amount into the palms of your hands then lightly work into the hair.

FOR DRY, DAMAGED HAIR

Before shampooing, pre-treat hair by working a small amount into the weak damaged ends. Leave on for half an hour, then wash thoroughly with warm water and a non-moisturizing shampoo.
