Instead of harvesting directly from the tree, baobab pods are collected only once the mature pods have fallen to the ground during the dry season. Since the fruit pulp in the mature pod is naturally dry, minimal processing is required once the seeds are removed. This results in a pure concentrated Baobab powder with the most delicious citrus taste with notes of pear, custard and vanilla, and allows for optimal nutrient and antioxidant integrity.
There are no additives, fillers, flavours, maltodextrin, binders or sweeteners added, only 100% pure and concentrated, naturally sweet tasting baobab fruit powder. Can be used as a healthy sweetener.
